  • During pre production we will go over the specific photographic needs for the project one at a time. Jobs of all sizes are planned with the utmost care and attention to ensure come shoot day things run as smooth as possible.

  • No two photoshoots are the same which is why we approach every job with a focused vision towards a final product that all stakeholders are happy with.

  • Our post production workflow is kept entirely in house. While others may utilize the underpaid labor of offshore post production facilities, we proudly create everything ourselves right here in Southern California.

    We utilize frame.io for a streamlined commenting, revision and delivery process.

  • Beyond traditional digital image formats we are always happy to provide custom files optimized for various use cases such as social media and award submissions.

Daniel Bray

At sixteen, Daniel got his start in photography working at the local camera store. Daniel received his Bachelor of Fine Arts in 2010 from the renowned photography program at Emily Carr University of Art & Design. Since then his life has been completely immersed in photography. He spent a decade honing his skills as an apprentice under some of the world’s most well known photographers. He has a profound technical skillset built on 20 years of hands on experience. 

Prior to establishing Nutana Studio, Daniel worked at the esteemed Toronto-based architecture photography practice, A-Frame Studio as a retoucher and digital image technician. 

Daniel was born and raised on the Canadian prairies and has called the Los Angeles area home since 2016. When not working on photography projects, Daniel can be found fly fishing, officiating youth hockey, skateboarding, or enjoying live music.
